SAFESTOR Globus Access Request Form is now live!

February 13, 2026 | We are excited to announce the launch of the new SAFESTOR (Research NAS) – Globus Access Request form, a service offered through Research IT. This form is designed to streamline the process of requesting new Globus guest collections for SAFESTOR Research NAS shares and managing users’ access. With the SAFESTOR Globus Request Form, you can now easily: 

• Request a new Globus guest collection for an existing SAFESTOR share 
• Add users to an existing SAFESTOR guest collection 
• Remove users from an existing SAFESTOR guest collection 

Please note that all Globus access requests require approval from the Principal Investigator (PI). Once your request has been approved by the PI, Research IT will fulfill it within 1-3 business days, based on the order in which requests are received.
