It is a collaborative effort between Biostatistics and the Computational Biology & Research Computing group in the department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology.

Public Access Submission System (PASS)
Use the Public Access Submission System (PASS) to submit your manuscripts to funder and institutional publication repositories (e.g. PubMed Central, JScholarship) and comply with access policies. Using the web-based PASS system, you can: avoid paying article processing charges to make your publication open to the public, simultaneously send your manuscript to multiple repositories seamlessly, and populate forms automatically with publication and author information by providing DOIs and ORCID IDs.

Integrated Imaging Center (IIC)
The Integrated Imaging Center (IIC) provides a wide range of imaging and related equipment at the Homewood campus. The core equipment includes fluorescence microscopes, electron microscopes and FACS instruments. They also provide a range of sample preparation equipment, especially for EM, gel imagers and bioprinters.

Enterprise Network Attached Storage (NAS)
Enterprise Network Attached Storage (NAS) storage is a storage option presented over the network and supported by IT@JH. This is used for home directories, departmental shared drives, bulk storage, researchers, and data archiving. NAS costs $2/100GB per month. The Johns Hopkins Research Data Repository is an open access repository for the long-term management and preservation of research data. Library Data Services offers a free open-access repository for projects under 1TB for JHU schools that participate in DMS funding.

JHPCE CMS SUBcluster (C-SUB)
The JHPCE CMS SUBcluster (C-SUB) is a small sub-cluster that houses Medicare/Medicaid data and makes use of some of the resources of an existing High Performance Computing cluster called JHPCE. Apart from holding Medicare/Medicaid data, the additional security features in place should enable it to meet many DUA requirements for housing full PHI data.
Krieger IT Research Storage
Krieger IT offers high-speed, reliable, managed research data storage. Our all-flash storage is available to campus researchers, including HORNET connectivity and a direct connection to the ARCH, Rockfish, HPC cluster. A budget (IO or CC) is required when making a request. Pricing is per TB per year and is based on your requested space allocation, not on space used. However, your usage will be based on actual space, NOT apparent file sizes, so you will enjoy the benefit of data reduction. Filesystems can be mounted via NFS, SMB or both. VAST storage available to JHU from Krieger IT is now certified for PHI data. You can request an allocation by clicking below.
